Keppie Design was appointed to design a 20,000sqm, BREEAM “Excellent” office tower on the prominent gateway site in Glasgow city centre. The linear office block has a well considered central core and highly flexible floor plates, providing a variety of letting opportunities with a very efficient net to gross ratio.


The development is integrated into the adjacent context through the inclusion of a high quality public realm solution in the form of a new pedestrian ‘street’ linking St Vincent Street to William Street. A unique attribute of the site’s location is the panoramic views afforded south across the Clyde from the building’s upper floors.
