Energetica Industry Park
Peterhead

Appointed to develop and achieve planning consent for a masterplan of a new 550,000sqft industrial park, the Energetica framework aims to position the region as a global energy hub, focussing on low carbon dependency within all energy technologies. At its heart is a development corridor extending from north Aberdeen toPeterhead, linking together key energy assets such as Aberdeen’s Business Parks, Aberdeen Airport, Oceanlab and the Port of Peterhead.

The project delivers Class 4 office accommodation and Class 5/6 industrial facilities aimed at attracting business founded and inspired by the energy industry which promote, use and support all renewable technologies. The site is served and connected by a central spine road and carefully landscaped pedestrian and cycle footpath.
