Part of an eighteen acre mixed use urban redevelopment area on the island of Guernsey. Located on the coastal trunk road linking Saint Peter Port and Saint Sampsons, our Client’s requirement was the establishment of a retail park with associated car parking Phase 3 of the masterplan consisted of a 50,000 sq ft bespoke retail warehouse with an 8,000 sq ft external garden centre. Work commenced on site in November 2002 and the building was completed in September 2003.
