Sustainable Urban Village, SECC
Glasgow

Around one thousand residential units are planned to utilise the unique relationship with the river in a contemporary interpretation of the townhouse and tenement urban models, synonymous with Glasgow’s prestigious West End.

A series of key landscaped areas, including a central ‘village green’, and supporting commercial amenities are connected by shared surface roads, providing attractive pedestrian routes throughout the village and beyond to Pacific Quay, Finnieston and West towards the new Transport Museum.
