Debbie Graduated from The University of Teesside in 2000 with an honour’s degree in HR Management. Since then Debbie has worked in many sectors within HR including contact centre, retail, professional services and welfare to work. Debbie Joined Keppie in April 2019.
Debbie has experience in all areas of Human Resources with an interest and speciality in Employee Relations and Performance Management. Debbie is a driver of Training and Development and Employee Engagement. Her HR style is people focussed with a business approach.
Debbie has raised money for various charities in the past through abseiling off the Forth Rail Bridge to walking 54 miles of the West Highland Way in 24 hours, on 2 occasions.
