Development
From the minute you walk in the door, you will receive support for your development. Initially you will have a tailored induction programme and mentor to ensure you have all the tools you need to do your job well. Ongoing we review your performance and development on a quarterly basis with informal 1-2-1s as well as more formal reviews and plans for the year ahead. Our training is focused on what you need and your CPD, from technical specialists to internal champions at all levels.
Support
As well as focused development, we are supportive of each other through the different disciplines. In addition to work support we have a dedicated team of mental health first aiders that are here to support your wellbeing. For our students, we have a well established reputation for providing support to Part 1 year out students, to Part 2 Assistants through to successful Part 3 and ARB accreditation, Technologists from students to CIAT , Planners to achieve their accreditation, Interior Designers and all other disciplines.

Social & Charity
We take pride in being an ethical business. At Keppie we ensure that the workplace isn’t all about work, it’s also about what we give back. Each year we undertake our volunteering day where we support a local charity endeavouring to make a real difference with a meaningful contribution. In addition, our staff select a charity every 2 years to fundraise for which is achieved through awareness and fun activities. But we don’t stop there, we sponsor a child through World Vision each year as well as ad-hoc events related to other charities such as food banks and festive charity drives.

We consider how our business performs as a steward of nature. We have an ESG plan aligned to the UN Sustainability Goals aimed at managing our environmental footprint.
