Our place based approach to re-purposing and re-using older buildings is inspired by our unique near 170 year history as a practice. We recognise the community importance of some existing buildings and where appropriate seek to re-energise and re-use properties adding significant cultural and commercial value.
These local assets are generally well connected to existing street patterns and design sensitive refurbishment solutions that preserve the local heritage and character of the community adding value and sustainably densifying the neighbourhood.
